1) Scope & Acceptance

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to this Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Terms of Service. This Policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. consumer-protection laws and FTC guidance for online commerce.

2) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico. We may also ship to selected international destinations where available at checkout.

3) Processing & Delivery Times

All timeframes below are estimates in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays):

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Standard transit time: 7–15 business days for most orders.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 8–18 business days for most orders.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, product type, and other factors beyond our control. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico or international destinations may require additional transit time.

4) Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Shipping costs are included in our product prices.

5) Taxes & Import Fees

Shipping is free on all orders. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout before payment. For international orders, customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar charges are not included unless expressly stated at checkout. These amounts, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.

6) Address Accuracy & Delivery Restrictions

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Certain expedited services, oversized items, or restricted products may not be available for P.O. Boxes or certain destinations.

7) Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

All shipments include a tracking number. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. For higher-value orders, we may require signature confirmation at delivery at our discretion.

8) Delivered but Not Received / Damaged in Transit

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, open a carrier claim.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund.

9) Split Shipments, Preorders & Backorders

We may ship items from the same order separately at no additional standard-shipping cost to you. If an item is marked as preorder or backorder, the estimated ship date will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

10) International Shipping

Where international shipping is available, orders are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis unless stated otherwise. This means the customer is responsible for any duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, customs charges, or similar fees assessed by the destination country.

International transit times do not include customs delays. We do not control customs processing and cannot expedite clearance.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, or not claimed, any customs charges, carrier fees, or destruction costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

11) Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Physical return of the product is not required. If a return is approved:

  • Damaged product: Contact us with photos of the packaging and the item. We will process a replacement or full refund.
  • Incorrect product: Contact us with photos showing the item received. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund.
  • Order fulfillment error: Contact us with details and photos if applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.

You must request return authorization before any refund is processed.

12) Force Majeure & Shipping Delays

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disruptions, carrier outages, power failures, governmental actions, customs delays, or similar events.

13) Risk of Loss & Limitation of Liability

Risk of loss may pass upon delivery in accordance with applicable law and carrier rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of shipping delays, delivery issues, or carrier-related events, including loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or profits, even if advised of the possibility.

14) Packaging & Handling

We use packaging materials reasonably suited to protect finishes, textures, and forms commonly associated with minimalist home, accessory, and lifestyle products. Please keep the original packaging until you have inspected your order and confirmed satisfaction.

15) FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance

If we provide a specific shipping or delivery timeframe, we will ship within that timeframe. If no specific timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days of your order, as required by applicable law.

If we are unable to ship on time, we may send you a delay notice with a revised estimated shipping date and the option to either accept the delay or cancel for a full refund, where required by law.

If you cancel due to a shipping delay, refunds will be issued within the timeframe required by applicable law and payment method rules.

16) Restricted Products

Some products may be subject to transportation or carrier restrictions, including items containing batteries, magnets, liquids, or similar regulated components. These restrictions may affect available shipping methods, destinations, or delivery timelines.

17) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy by posting a revised version on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes become effective upon posting.
