1) Scope & Acceptance
By placing an order on our Site, you agree to this Shipping Policy, the Returns & Refunds Policy, and our Terms of Service. This Policy is drafted to comply with U.S. consumer-protection laws and FTC guidance for online commerce.
2) Shipping Options & Timelines
We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. Timeframes are business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays):
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard shipping transit time: 7–15 business days for most orders.
- Estimated total delivery time: 8–18 business days for most orders.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier conditions. International orders may take additional time.
3) Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders. Any destination-specific limitations will be shown at checkout.
4) Costs, Taxes & Fees
Shipping is free on eligible orders. Applicable taxes and charges are displayed before payment. For international shipments, see Section 9 regarding duties and import taxes.
5) Geographic Restrictions & Addresses
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
P.O. Boxes: Certain expedited services or bulky items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping availability may vary by destination, carrier, and product type.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate address. We are not responsible for delays or costs arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6) Tracking, Confirmation & Signature
All shipments include a tracking number. For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion. If you need to adjust this option, contact us before shipment.
7) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Marked delivered / not received: If the carrier marks a package delivered but you did not receive it, contact Support within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation and, where appropriate, a carrier claim.
Transit damage: If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can assess a replacement, reshipment, or refund.
Shipping insurance: We may (at our discretion) insure shipments or handle claims; resolution is subject to the carrier's investigation.
Limit: See Section 12 for limitation of liability.
8) Partial Shipments, Preorders & Backorders
We may split your order into multiple shipments at no additional standard-shipping cost. For preorders and backordered items, an estimated ship date will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
9) International Shipping: Customs, Duties & Responsibilities
Incoterm: We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place). Duties, VAT/GST, and import fees are the customer's responsibility and are paid to the carrier or customs authority.
Customs delays: Transit times do not include delays due to customs inspections. We cannot control or expedite customs processes.
Refusals or abandonment: If an order is refused or abandoned in customs, return and associated costs may be deducted from any refund, or the order may be non-refundable if not returned or destroyed under local regulations.
10) Returns & Return-Shipping Costs
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy:
- Change of mind / size: The customer is responsible for return-shipping costs unless we provide a label with the cost deducted from the refund.
- Defect or our error: We provide a prepaid return label and cover reasonable return-shipping costs.
You must request an RMA number and follow the return instructions.
11) Force Majeure & Delays
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, severe weather, pandemics, labor disputes, carrier outages, power failures, governmental or customs actions, among others.
12) Transfer of Risk & Limitation of Liability
Risk of loss may pass upon delivery in accordance with applicable law and carrier rules. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or profits), even if advised of the possibility.
13) Packaging & Handling (Minimalist Products)
We pack with suitable materials to protect finishes, textures, and geometries common to minimalist design (e.g., brushed metals, natural woods, textiles). Please retain original packaging until you confirm satisfaction, as it may be required for returns or exchanges.
14) FTC Mail Order Rule (30-Day Rule) Compliance
Promised date or 30 days: If we specify a delivery date/timeframe, we will meet it; if not specified, we will ship within 30 days of order placement.
Delay notice: If we cannot ship on time, we will send a delay notice with a new estimated date and your choice to: (a) accept the delay, or (b) cancel for a full refund.
Consent: When the new date is within 30 additional days, failure to respond may be deemed consent to the first delay under the Rule. Further or indefinite delays require your express consent; otherwise, we will cancel and refund.
Timely refunds: If you cancel, we will issue a refund promptly: for card/credit payments, within one billing cycle; for other methods, within 7 business days, as required by the Rule.
15) Restricted Items or Special Requirements
Certain products may be subject to transport restrictions (batteries, magnets, liquids). These restrictions may affect the shipping method and timeline; you will be informed at checkout or by email.
16) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy by posting a new version with the "Last Updated" date. Changes apply upon posting to the Site.
