1) Scope & Acceptance

By purchasing from our store, you agree to this Returns & Refunds Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Terms of Service. This Policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws and FTC guidance. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable federal or state law.

2) Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product: The item arrived damaged during transit.
  • Incorrect product: You received a different item than what you ordered.
  • Order fulfillment error: There was an error on our part in fulfilling your order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with a product that matches its description and arrives in good condition.

3) Refund Request Window

You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issue. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, email us at support@antoniettespace.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem (damage, defect, or incorrect item)
  • Photo of the shipping label and packaging (for transit damage claims)

Claims are typically reviewed within 2–3 business days upon receipt of documentation. We may contact you if additional photos or details are needed. Incomplete claims may take longer to process.

5) No Physical Return Required

We do not require you to return the product. Once your claim is approved based on the photographic evidence provided, we will process your refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

6) Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund to your account.

7) Replacements

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship a new item at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

8) International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties, VAT/GST, and import fees paid to carriers or customs authorities are not refundable by Antoniette Space, as these are collected by the destination country.

If an international order is refused, abandoned, or not claimed at customs, any associated costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

9) Lost Packages / "Delivered but Not Received"

If the carrier shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, contact us within 30 days so we can open a carrier claim. Please provide:

  • Written confirmation that the package was not found at the delivery location
  • Verification that the shipping address provided was correct

Resolution (replacement or refund) is subject to the outcome of the carrier claim and the documentation provided.

10) Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items reported after the 30-day window
  • Products that match their description and arrived in good condition
  • Issues caused by customer misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product care instructions
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items (unless defective or damaged)

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of data, goodwill, revenue, or profits), even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability related to returns and refunds shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

12) Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds or limit services in cases of misuse or fraudulent activity, including but not limited to excessive refund requests or false claims. Such cases are handled on an individual basis in accordance with applicable law.

13) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy by posting a revised version on the Site with a new "Last Updated" date. Changes become effective upon posting.
